This blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, obtained from the younger vineyards and from the preselected bunches during harvest, is the wine that introduces to the articulated and fascinating world of Tua Rita’s red wines. Rosso dei Notri is a wine with good acidity and an amazing structure, that expresses the character and the personality of the terroir in the Colline Metallifere area. It is a fresh and young wine, ready to drink, and perfect to be served by the glass.

Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah
Planting density: 6,000-9,000 vines per hectare
Training system: cordon spur and Guyot
Soil: markedly clayey with a fairly significant pebble fraction. The higher plots are more pebbly, those lower down have more silt. Mid slope, where Merlot is grown, there is a higher fraction of clay.

Average production: 150,000 bottles
Harvesting method: manually in 15-kg cases

Formats: 75-cl bottles in 6-unit cartons; 1.5-l in individual carton case
